Hue Pop Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 18, 2026

Hue Pop is a free puzzle game. This page explains what information the game handles. The short version: the game does not ask for your name, email, or an account, and it never sells your information. It shows ads, and the advertising partner may use device identifiers to show and measure those ads.

Information the game stores on your device

Your best score, daily challenge results, streak, and settings (sound, vibration, colorblind shapes) are saved only on your device so the game can remember them. This information never leaves your device unless you choose to share a score card.

Advertising

Hue Pop shows ads through Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, general location (country or region), device type, and how you interact with ads. On iPhone, the game asks for permission before using the advertising identifier; if you decline, ads still work but are less personalized. You can read how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

You can limit or reset ad personalization at any time in your phone's settings: on iPhone under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and Apple Advertising; on Android under Settings > Google > Ads.

Sharing a score card

When you tap Share, the game creates an image with your score and hands it to the app you pick (Messages, Instagram, and so on). What happens to it after that is governed by that app's privacy policy.

Children

Hue Pop is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices and rights

Because the game keeps your scores only on your device, deleting the app deletes that data. Depending on where you live (for example California, the European Union, or the United Kingdom) you may have additional rights regarding data collected by advertising partners; those requests can be made through the links above or by contacting us.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
